THE LEGAL ENTITY
The legal and holding entity, Oast Radio CIC, is a community interest company limited by guarantee registered in England at Companies House, number 16496445. The organisation is not-for-profit, with any surplus reinvested in the radio service. The company operates the Visitor Radio service.

Visitor Radio does not broadcast news.

STATION FORMAT
Visitor Radio broadcasts information for visitors in several cities and towns across the United Kingdom.

MUSIC
Visitor Radio does not play music.

EVENTS/CHARITIES SUPPORT OR COVERAGE
Visitor Radio does not manage any form of charity, nor do we support any specific charities. Visitor Radio attends events from time to time.

LICENCES
Visitor Radio, through its holding company, Oast Radio CIC, holds the following licence:
Ofcom: Digital Sound Programme Service (DSP) Licence

TRADEMARKS
Oast Radio CIC holds two trademarks - Oast Radio and Weald Radio. A trademark for Visotor Radio is in the application stage.

COMPLAINTS
Visitor Radio takes its obligations as a broadcaster seriously. We attempt to ensure that our output is fair, impartial, and appropriate, and does not cause harm or undue offence.

Ofcom has broadcast codes that apply to radio, which we follow. We do our best to ensure our output is appropriate, but if you have a complaint, then in the first instance, you should contact the station manager by email at contact@visitorradio.co.uk. Complaints to Ofcom should be made to https://ofcom.org.uk
